Our Story
We are essentially a family business supported by an additional ‘work family’ of super committed and talented personnel!
Our values are simple – an honest and ethical approach to both inspire and collaborate with our customers.
So why the name ‘Charlotte’ we are so often asked?
Many years ago as a tiny tot my niece Charlotte sketched a stick figure girl that was to become my logo and inspiration for my Company name.
I had hoped she might join the company but ‘Doctor’ Charlotte had other ideas – Medicine or packaging … never a choice!
In 2005 however Charlotte’s mum (my sister-in-law) Mary did join Charlotte Packaging bringing with her much commercial experience gained through her key roles at Marks and Spencer and Hotpoint Ltd.
Later in 2020 Alex, Charlotte’s younger brother (my nephew) joins us too introducing the next generation to the business.
